ReplyDeleteI have been to Sri Sadashiva Rudra Devastanatemple last week & here are some
information..
This temple is very near to Ujire (3-4 KM) there will be lots of Autos & Jeeps
are available from Ujire bus stop. Its 15-20 Mins drive from Ujire.
Please note that temple is opened from 7.30AM to 2PM and 4PM to 6.30PM only.
As said by the Archakaru, Initially when you are making sankalpa (offering you
wanted go & do there) need not go there, from your place only you can do the
sankapla. Once your sankapla fulfilled you can go there & do the offerings.
The offerings are available in temple premises only & they are clay Sculptures
(Mannina bombey) of your request (Like if you want job you can offer a chair &
table, if its marriage you should offer Vadu vara, if its ear or eyes problem
offer ear or eye Sculptures like wise). The cost of these clay Sculptures are
priced between RS 50-200.

This temple is just 9 KMs from Ujire if you are travelling from ujire you need to take the road which goes to belthangady just after 4 km's in the main road on the right hand side you can see the board directing towards Surya village. just after 3 km's from that road again on the right hand side you will find the board its just 2 km's from there. There is the temple SREE SADASHIVARUDRA TEMPLE, there are 3 places you can see out there 1. Sree sadashivarudra temple 2.Nagavana 3.The place where SADA SHIVARUDRA SWAMY arrived, this is the place where people go and pray for there "HARIKE". After the Sankalpa fulfilled you have to get the MANNINA GOMBE from the temple which has MANNINA GOMBEs for all your needs, you have to pay the amount for the "GOMBE" with the seva charges and you have to keep it at the place where we pray for the HARIKE.

As Iam searching info on Surya temple, I come across this page. I got preliminary info on who get to the temple…, but I didn’t complete info. So for people who woluld wish to visit the temple here are some info. To reach to Ujire, you will get No. of state run KSRTC Buses. I got down in Dharmastala and i learnt there are many autos, Jeeps, buses to reach Ujire. There are four lodges and I stayed in Sri Lakshmi VenkateshLodge, A.C. rooms. here is the contact No. 08256 236430, 9008615000, 9741815005, 9448126431. On the way there is Raj Leela Lodge, and SDM Lodge, and more I forgot the name. to go to temple, U can take shared autos,just ask anyone for Ape stand for Surya temple. They take 10 rs. The atmosphere is good in the temple, and u can once visit while u come for Dharmastala. I wish all well begin.
